The Kane County Law Library & Self Help Legal Center (Library) provides meeting rooms to serve the needs of the Library and its community. This policy outlines the usage of the rooms.
Library has established rules of conduct to promote a safe environment and an atmosphere conducive to legal research and the appropriate use of the Library’s services and facilities.
Safety policy includes Office safety, Housekeeping safety, Equipment safety, and Bodily fluids safety amongst other information. Disaster preparedness includes Protection of patrons and employees, Fire, Tornado, Utility failure, Water line/Sewer failure, Terrorism, Bomb threat, Suspicious mail, and Explosion amongst other information. Recovery Plan includes Minor flood, Major flood, Mold, Photographs, Computer files and equipment amongst other information. Also includes Post disaster actions; Making the plan work; and Resources
