After attending the Government Finance Officers' Association annual conference, we constructed a very helpful Board presentation on the working budget. General governance polices for the Library separate from Board Governance
This is our homebound delivery service policy as distributed to patrons when they request service. There is also a letter to local pastors included to notify them of the service so they can mention it to their homebound parishioners/congregants as an available service.
