This document is based on the most recent audit by 3rd party accessibility partner Deque that was conducted in April 2026. Remediation has been underway since this time. A forthcoming updated VPAT will be issued to reflect the ongoing improvements later this year.

 All patron-facing pages are no less than WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliant with many at Level AAA compliance.

Per vendor, Timelines and Advanced are legacy platforms currently maintained to support existing customer continuity. As part of World Book’s product modernization strategy, the core functionality of these platforms is being consolidated into the Student platform. The Student platform is designed to align to WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA success criteria and is undergoing ongoing accessibility evaluation and improvement. During this transition period, Timelines and Advanced remain operational while their functionality is migrated into the modernized Student environment. Upon completion of consolidation, the standalone versions of Timelines and Advanced will be retired.
