The Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS) has selected five libraries to receive RAILS Cataloging Membership Grants.
Congratulations to this year's recipients:
- Camp Point Public Library (RSA) - $9,413.87
- Chadwick Public Library (RRLC) - $23,239.00
- Hamilton Public Library (RSA) - $12,910.00
- North Pike District Library (RSA) - $7,127.00
- Vernon Area Public Library District (CCS) - $62,000.00
This grant aims to support resource sharing by making a library management system affordable for any library. These funds will cover the startup costs for these libraries to join a RAILS Local Library System Automation Program (LLSAP) consortium and expand the resources available to their communities.
