Presenter:
Michelle Y. Roubal received her Master's Degree in Library Science from Northern Illinois University in 1994. She began her career at the Chicago Public Library and has worked for a number of libraries throughout Chicagoland. She is currently an Assistant Professor in Joliet Junior College (JJC) Library. As a trainer, Michelle has presented programs for national and state conferences, individual libraries and library systems, on topics ranging from reference communication skills to change management. Since 2013, Michelle has taught in the JJC Library Technical Assistant Program.
