RAILS Seeks Member Feedback on Strategic Plan Draft

As part of our strategic planning process, RAILS is looking for your feedback. Below, you will find a draft of our new strategic plan objectives.  

As a reminder, this is a strategic plan refresh. We are keeping the same strategic goals as the existing strategic plan, but we would like to update the objectives.  

We’ve split them up into four different Padlets that correspond with our four different strategic plan goals:

  • How do these new objectives serve or support you as staff at member libraries?
  • How do you see these objectives fitting into your library's goals or objectives?
  • Anything we’re missing?
