The Patron Services team is looking for a customer service focused addition to help us serve the traditional community of Itasca. The Patron Services Associate warmly greets and assists patrons in-person and on the phone. This staff member will check out/in/reshelve materials and other circulation duties. In addition, this staff member will represent the library and its services in a positive manner. The Patron Services Associate will also serve as a Passport Acceptance Agent.
