Dora the Explorer Costume; Repairs Suggested

We are parting ways with our well-loved Dora the Explorer costume. She still has life in her, but a crafty seamstress might help make her feel a little better about herself. This item will have to be picked up and cannot be shipped through RAILS boxes. Dora's head is too big for the RAILS box. I spoke with Robert at RAILS who confirmed that we cannot ship this costume through RAILS.

Here is a list of her known ailments:

• A seam on the back of one of Dora’s shoe covers is split.
• The eyes on the map could use some glue.
• One of Backpack’s eyes went missing and was replaced with a paper eye. It would probably look better if you gave Backpack two matching eyes.
• One side of Backpack’s lip is missing some red.
• One of Dora’s hands is split between fingers 1 and 2.
• Some stuffing is showing where the straps are connected to Backpack. I think it was always like this, but you may want to make that look better.

We made the mistake of lending our costumes out to area organizations, schools, etc. where they were not properly cared for.
