Fast Facts is a quick survey-creation tool that RAILS makes available to members for the purpose of polling other libraries about a narrow topic. Examples of topics (each covered by its own Fast Facts survey) might be: staff training hours, study room policies, maintenance vendors.

Questions on a Fast Facts survey may ask for a short answer, provide multiple-choice options, or request a file upload. Items asking for the respondent's name, email, and library are included by default.

Each survey is active to receive responses for three weeks after it is posted.

Responses to older surveys will remain available on our legacy website through October 2023.

Before creating your first Fast Facts survey, you may find it useful to review the Getting Started page.
