10 Regular-sized boxes for magazines, (10"W x 9"H x 7.5"D) and 4 large sized boxes for taller magazines or newspapers (12"x13"x8") There may be some small cracks in a couple boxes, but otherwise in good condition. 2 have Zinio stickers on them that could be covered up or scraped off.
