Customer Relations Assistant

Are you a positive and friendly individual who enjoys engaging with all types of people? Our Customer Relations Department may be the place for you! Our Main Library has a part-time opening for someone who has excellent communication & customer service skills.

Primary job duties include:

  • Performs circulation services for library materials, which include check-in, check-out, and renewing items, placing holds, registering new library cards, or updating and registering customers for library programs, services, or classes. 
  • Provides information to customers, answering questions, and being proactive by offering assistance in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
