JJC LTA.205 Information and Internet Literacy (3 Credits)

Begins June 30 and goes to August 7. Meets online with Adjunct Instructor, Kate Bradley. No commuting costs and in-district tuition for those who have no program locally.

This course, 1 of the 9 classes needed to earn your LTA certificate at Joliet Junior College, is designed to help students master essential information literacy skills and become effective and efficient learners, teachers, and critical thinkers.

The class allows you to take a regular 3 credit semester-long class in a compressed 6-week timeframe. You meet asynchronously, with the option to attend online together on Monday evenings at 6 pm. If that doesn't work for you, these sessions are recorded and can be viewed later when convenient.

Registration for the JJC Summer 2025 Session is now underway for new and returning students.
