Applications are now open for the second cohort of the RAILS BIPOC Library Workers Mentorship Program! This program, hosted by the RAILS BIPOC Library Workers Group, is a place for BIPOC Library workers to build relationships, share experiences, and develop skills to advance in their careers. Details are below:
- When: September 2024 - March 2025
- Who: Approximately 20 mentor/mentee pairs of RAILS BIPOC library staff
- Where: Mentors/mentees are encouraged to connect outside of the regularly planned meetings.
- What: Mentor/mentee pairs will get to know each other, discuss goals, and attend professional development and recreational events together.
